ĐKXĐ: \(x\ge 0\)
Ta có: \(y’=\dfrac{1}{2\sqrt{x}}-1\)
Để hàm số đồng biến khi đó \(y’\ge 0\)

\(\dfrac{1}{2\sqrt{x}}\ge 1\)
