People are still walking on roads that are being repaired, and these roads are a lot more and narrower. We can also build tunnels but it is very expensive. The government has to borrow money from other countries and no one knows when the government can pay it back. As you know, X is a tropical monsoon country, it has a lot of rain every year. During the rainy season, roads are being flooded because all waste pipes are trapped by garbage and become very dirty
