    Learning a foreign language is both time consuming and troublesome.  I have to spend hours trying to memorize hundreds of vocabulary words in English and the dozens of ways to conjugate verbs.  I’m still so shy when thinking about the deep embarrassment of those awkward moments when I tried to express complex thoughts in front of my foreign language classes using kindergarten level terms because of my limited vocabulary. But learning a foreign language doesn’t disappoint me, why ? Just look at these reasons and these evidence so you’ll understand. Fisrt of all, the most important reason is learning foreign languages do not just give you ways to communicate with people in other countries but it also helps you understand more deeply and appreciate the rich and the complex world we live in. Second, your foreign language will train and inspire you to think globally about your future, will help you make great friends around the world, and will open doors for you in your dream job. Third, this is a true envidence, a recent scientific research on the brain suggests that learning foreign languages makes students smarter overall, it increases students’ mental focus, reading and writing abilities, and even improves mathematical skills. Fourth, it’ll open your mind to new cultures and new ways of thinking, will give you the chance to consider foreign cultures against your own values and traditions and give you a deeper respect for our multi-faceted world. Finally, learning foreign languages can help you connect to all over the world and making new friends.

    All people in the world wants to a better life so they always try the best in working or studying. However, you should take care of your health because you can not do anything without a healthy body. These are some ways that can help you have a good health. First, humans can’t live without water because water helps you maintaining normal body temperature, purify the body and detoxify the body so you have to drink about 2 liters of water everyday. Second, you should eat healthy food: lots of fruits, vegetable, fish and do not eat too much fast food because fast food has a lot of fat in it so it will increase the cholesterol level in your blood ( that will make you die sooner so be careful ). Third, you should do exercise everyday, they not only make you strong but help you relax as well. Finally, you need to have regular health check – up. If you have some problems with your health, you should go to the doctor immediately before it gets more serious. Being healthy is very important so please take these advice to have a good health and a good body.
