When it comes to enjoyment, what I find most interesting is being able to travel and try the local food there. During my travels, I am most impressed with the food in Ham Thuan Nam. There I ate a lot of dishes such as fried squid, chicken, … And one of the dishes there that impressed me most was fried rice. Surely everyone who has been to Ham Thuan Nam really misses the taste of fried rice. It was so delicious that it was imprinted on my mind. This is not only a simple dish, but it is also the soul of Vietnamese cuisine. Fried rice is truly a popular dish, and it’s also my favorite dish of all time.
