As you know,Covid virus is dangerous. The whole world is scared because of a very dangerous virus that is corona virus. It spread very quickly and spread out in a lot of countries today. So my family and I have had a lot activities to protect our self from the corona.First, we cleaned the house. Secondly, I regularly wash my hands properly with soap under clean running water, or with an alcohol-based antiseptic solution.Thirdly,all members in my family always wear a mask in public, on public transport, and go to medical facility. I think it’s the best way to protect ourself.My mom said we shouldavoid bringing your hands to your eyes, nose, or mouth. Cover your mouth and nose when you cough or sneeze with a tissue, a cloth, or your elbow. The 4th is my family did exercise, physical training, proper nutrition, and building a healthy lifestyle. The last one we installed Bluezone application to be alerted to the risk of COVID-19 infection, help protect myrself and my family.
Those activities are simple but very meaningful in this season. We should not underestimate it and have to fight it with the saying “anti translation as against the enemy”(chống dịch như chống giặc)
