1.In my opinion, health is very important and there are many ways to keep fit. First, you should eat enough 3 meals a day and eat more vegetables and fruits because they are good for your health. Secondly, you should drink enough water every day. And remember that water is very important for your body. Thirdly, you should do more exercise and do more outdoor activities. You shouldn’t stay at home too much to play computer or watch TV because you’ll harm your eyes. Finally, i think you should go to the doctor to check your health.

Vietnam has a lot of famous parson,but I like Jack best .Jack is a singer. His voice is very good. He is 26 years old .He is young and popular. He come from Ben Tre . He is famous but very casual. He is admirable and I like songs too.
