To stop this, first of all, each individual needs to be properly aware of the use of essential necessities, avoid wasting and know to share with the community, so that there are no queues, jostling and reducing the opportunity to profit from others. At the same time, the authorities need to be strong and handle the case decisively so that those who intend to leave immediately. Because a Vietnam says no to the epidemic, says no to price increases or counterfeiting, we need to join hands to repel with the power of solidarity.
