1. Each of us goes through a learning process and how difficult it will be if we don’t have the help of our teachers who help our toddlers get used to the knowledge about  Around the world.  So we can see the role of teachers in schools and educating and imparting knowledge to students is extremely important.

    Teachers – seniors who have a high level of knowledge, who teach students rich basic knowledge, many things or reasons, guide students to step by step steadily.  .  In the old days, there is a saying “No teacher can make you do it” shows that the role and responsibility of the teacher is very great: Not only providing knowledge, teachers also teach us to be comprehensive,  shaping the personality of each of us, contributing to building the talents of the future.

   And today, society is increasingly developing, bringing the role of the teacher higher and higher.  Knowledge is a vast and expansive sea, a student cannot selectively grasp.  At that time, the role of the teacher will be more evident, they will be the guide to bring students closer to knowledge.  A responsible teacher not only teaches literacy but also cares and takes care of students with all her heart and tolerance.  Knowing to awaken potential in each student, arousing and developing students’ internal strengths.  This shows that the role of teachers in schools today is to pave the way for learners to move more on their own.  Sow the seeds but the seeds that want to grow into a tree have to depend on yourself.  Teach students to self-study, read books by themselves, explore, search and discover new things, creating many effective learning methods.  This means helping students develop their thinking intelligence, absorbing knowledge actively, not passively, even though it is advanced knowledge.  Because thanks to teachers, the passions and talents hidden somewhere in us are aroused.  Besides, a good teacher is someone who has a wholehearted enthusiasm for the job, imparting to students with all the knowledge they have.  Understanding students, finding good strategies to help students understand lessons deeply and quickly, overcome shortcomings and create many strengths.  Be considerate to advise when students make mistakes, do not put too much pressure on them or force them to be mechanically.  That is the reason why the teacher and aunt are likened to our second mother and father.  They also give us passionate love, it takes a lot of effort to impart knowledge to us with all our hearts.
    In addition to the role of teachers imparting knowledge, the role of students is equally important.  It is because no matter how devoted a teacher is, but students are not consciously receptive, their efforts will be equal.  We can see that the interaction between students and teachers, the teacher or the student has the more learning spirit, and vice versa, the better student learns, the teacher will have more motivation in teaching.

    Thereby we can see that the role of the teacher in the school is very important and necessary for each of us.  Therefore, in order to remember the teaching merits of our country’s teachers, we took November 20 to let everyone remember together about the merits of the teachers of the past.  We must be grateful to our teachers: learning well and succeeding in life is the most practical expression of gratitude.  A polite word, a respectful greeting also warms the teacher without having to be too fussy or complicated, expensive, for teachers like that is enough.
    The road to knowledge is inherently difficult and arduous.  On that path, the teacher is the guide, the one who always accompanies us, holds an important place in the mind of every human being.  The late Prime Minister Pham Van Dong said: “The profession of teacher is the highest of all noble professions”.  In short, we can see that the role of the teacher in imparting knowledge in schools is extremely essential.
