c. Ba is friendlier than Nam.

d. Your house is farther from school than my house.

→ S + Vbe + more_Adj + than + S: so sánh hơn với tính từ dài vần

    S + Vbe + Adj_er + than + S: so sánh hơn với tính từ ngắn vần

– đối với những từ có đuôi ‘y’ thì ta quy nó vào tính từ ngắn vần, chuyển ‘y’ → ‘i’ và thêm đuổi ‘er’

– 1 số từ có sẵn dạng so sánh hơn và so sánh nhất:

good – better – the best

bad – worse – the worst

many, much – more – the most

little – less – the least

far – farther/further – the farthest/the furthest
