  1. To have a good health we can follow some ways below. Firstly, having a balanced diet which is necessary for people. We should eat a lot of vegetables and fruit which are full of vitamins. Besides, we try to avoid foods such as: fast food, junk food, alcohol, beer, ……and cut down on high carbonhydrate . Secondly,  we can improve my health through playing sports. It makes me feel refresh everyday and relax after a hard working day.Moreover, plays sports can decrease the risk of herat diseases, risk of high blood pressure, cancer…. Thirdly, we’d better sleep 7-8 hours a day and go to bed early. Instead of surfing  the net, we should read the book before going to bed. Last but not least, think positvely plays  a vital role in keeping our good healthy. In conclusion, we should follow these ideas and good health will belong to you.
