Because when we have free time, our brain is relaxed, so we should read books or do something that can be useful for our brain, not when we have free time, it will damage. our eyes. I agree it because it’s make me relaxing. Sometimes, playing video games is not a bad idea, t’s very exciting, useful. But…you should play for 2 hours in a day. It’s good but don’t use too much.
