Time passed quietly. When the cold cold of winter gradually dissipates, flower buds bloom, trees are put on a green shirt signaling a new spring full of vitality and joy is coming. The new year comes with Tet – the traditional New Year of the nation. For many generations, Tet has become a festival that belongs to the expectation and indispensable of the Vietnamese people. When the time ball hits the door of the 12th lunar month is also the time when everyone is eagerly preparing to welcome the New Year. Especially, for expatriates, these are the moments when they are reunited, reunited with their families, and returned to the place where they were born and raised. That is the respect of descendants for grandparents, ancestors through incense sticks reminiscent of past roots. . But perhaps, the children are the happiest because they receive the lucky money. In the red envelopes, there is the love and affection of adults for young children. And there is one more thing that is indispensable in Tet holidays, which are the sophisticated and formal red couplets. The reason for saying it is fussy because it is necessary to put the Mind in it, so that viewers can understand its meaning. Tet is a part of my childhood memory, which has been absorbed into my flesh and blood from time to time. I love the Lunar New Year, and love the traditional New Year of my people. It always gives people new beginnings, new things for people to explore together. And more importantly, the New Year brings traditional values, distinctive features that create the identity of the Vietnamese nation.

Trong những phong bao lì xì chứa đựng tình cảm yêu thương của người lớn dành cho trẻ nhỏ. Và còn một thứ nữa không thể thiếu trong những ngày Tết, đó chính là những câu đối đỏ cầu kỳ và trang trọng. Sở dĩ nói cầu kỳ vì phải đặt cái Tâm vào đó thì người xem mới hiểu được ý nghĩa của nó. Các cụ ông, cụ bà có thể ngồi quây quần bên nhau vừa uống trà vừa ngắm những câu đối đỏ, thật thú vị biết bao!
Tết là một phần kí ức tuổi thơ đã ngấm vào máu thịt của tôi từ lúc nào không hay. Tôi yêu Tết Nguyên đán, yêu Tết cổ truyền của dân tộc mình. Nó luôn mang đến cho mọi người những khởi đầu mới, những điều mới mẻ để mọi người cùng nhau khám phá. Và quan trọng hơn, Tết mang những giá trị truyền thống, những nét riêng biệt tạo nên bản sắc của dân tộc Việt Nam.
Since I could understand what was wrong and what was right, I have taken past in a lot of festival. However, the festival that makes the greatest impression on me is Lunar new year. Tet festival takes place in late. The end of January and beginning the Febuary. Before Tet, my mother already bought candies and jam to prepare for the Lunar new year. My mother also took me to buy a peach tree to sympolize the new year came home. The house is clean and beautifully decorated. When Tet came, we received a lot of lucky money, but it was not happy that my mother kept them. During Tet, we will send everyone our best wishes. After Tet, my famiy goes to the temple to pray for everyone to be always healthy. I am a big fan of Tet holiday because I do not need to study too much. I promise to try my best to study in view that, I can together with everyone keep and improve Tet.

Nhà sạch sẽ, trang trí đẹp. Tết đến, nhận được bao lì xì mà mẹ giữ lại thì không vui. Trong dịp Tết, chúng tôi sẽ gửi đến mọi người những lời chúc tốt đẹp nhất. Sau Tết, gia đình tôi đi chùa cầu cho mọi người luôn mạnh khỏe. Em xin hứa sẽ cố gắng học tập thật tốt để có thể cùng mọi người giữ gìn và nâng cao cái Tết.
