esides the Tet Holiday, the Mid-Autumn festival is one of the most famous festivals and it is a traditional celebration for Vietnamese children. The Mid-Autumn celebration is an opportunity for members of the family to visit together and share together everything in their year. Because the autumn is the time of the beginning of the new school year, so the adults and parents often give gifts to the children. Children use the beautiful lanterns, wear funny masks, perform fantastic lion dances, sing folklore songs in the house’s grounds or in the streets when the moon is rising. It is really an exciting show. On this day, the adults and the parents prepare many different foods – Moon cakes, candies, biscuits, jellies, and fruit, such as grapefruit, longan fruit, bananas, apples, mango, etc.
Mid-Autumn Festival is a day we are all eager and looking forward to. Every year, as we prepare for August, our parents shop for the two of us together to choose a lantern and a pair of scones. Until tonight, when it just started at dusk, the tiny army’s rapid drums pushed everyone to correct. We joined and headed to the village culture house. Lanterns of all colors, fish-shaped shirt, child-shaped shirt, stars … swirl, swinging, bright light. After the introduction of the delegation in charge, we arranged in a long line around the stage. Being in the middle is judged with all kinds of fruits and candies, everyone looks to love it. Certainly worth the performance is the agitated lion dance. We broke down together and watched the show. I really like the Mid-Autumn Festival because it allows us to become more united and love each other.

Trung thu là ngày mà chúng ta ai cũng háo hức và mong chờ. Năm nào cũng vậy, cứ chuẩn bị đến tháng 8, bố mẹ lại sắm cho hai chúng tôi một chiếc đèn lồng và một cặp bánh nướng. Cho đến đêm nay, khi trời vừa chập choạng tối, tiếng trống nhanh chóng của đội quân tí hon đã thúc giục mọi người chỉnh đốn. Chúng tôi nhập cuộc và tiến về nhà văn hóa thôn. Những chiếc đèn lồng đủ màu, hình con cá, hình con cá, hình ngôi sao … xoáy, đu đưa, sáng rực. Sau phần giới thiệu của đoàn phụ trách, chúng tôi xếp thành một hàng dài xung quanh sân khấu. Ở giữa được phán với đủ loại hoa quả, bánh kẹo, ai nhìn cũng thích mê. Chắc chắn phần trình diễn đáng giá là màn múa lân kích động. Chúng tôi đã chia tay nhau và xem chương trình. Em rất thích Tết Trung thu vì nó cho chúng em đoàn kết và yêu thương nhau hơn.
