Currently, our environment is seriously polluted, so it is our duty to protect the environment. To me, we can protect our environment in the following ways. Firstly, we should actively use paper, cloth, … or any other environmentally friendly materials to gradually limit the abuse of plastic bags, we should also reuse and recycle bottles and boxes to reduce plastic waste. Second, we should not throw garbage on the water to keep the water cleaner, put trash cans around the school yard so that students can throw their garbage and keep the school yard clean. Next, we should go to school or work by bicycle or by public transport such as bus, train…to reduce exhaust fumes to keep our air cleaner. In short, it’s time we talk more about the environment. Governments and people of countries should take the right steps to control this alarming environmental pollution.

Therefore, we need to actively protect the environment. The three Rs are the headlines for us to try to improve the Earth. They’re reduce, recycle and reuse. For example, recycle plastic bottles into flowers vases. We need to grow trees and don’t cut down trees in the forest. We can walk or ride bycycle to reduce air pollution. We shouldn’t waste water and eletric too much. We should use utensils made from natural materials instead of plastic. Finally, the message I want to send to you is : Protect the Earth with the simplest things !
