Staying healthy is the most important in our life.There are a lot of activities for us to stay healthy.For me,I usually swim in the river in front of my house.I often swim with my brother every afternoon .I swim about 1 hours every day.I also do exercise every morning to keep fit.I think we do not skip the breakfast because is the most important meal in a day,I don’t like drink soft drink,I only drink plenty water(about 1l a day).That is all my way to keep fit and stay healthy and ! think everyone should follow my way !
