Firstly, Add 5g salt and 380ml water mixed with 300g rice flour and 60g tapioca flour, stir and soak for 30 minutes.Secondly, pour the flour mixture into a pan and cook, during the heating process, stir well. Thirdly, heat until the dough is heavy and starts to thicken, then add 12g of cooking oil to the stirring. Fourthly, add the rest of the flour (100g rice flour) to the batter.
