I’m not a strong person so sometimes,I can have some problems with my health.And the popular problem I had was flu or cough.But I can’t guess correctly its reason . Maybe because I ate many cold foods , so my throat was weak,or I often ran fast in cold weather without warm scraft.When I did that ,I always felt uncomfortable in my throat.To felt better,I drank warm water.And I must rarely ate cold food ,wore enough warm clothes to keep warm.I will maintain them in this winter and I hope that I can decrease this problem.What about you?What was your problem?What did you do to feel better?
