hello my name is quang. today, I’ll tell you my favourite food and drink. First, the food i love the most is Bun cha. Bun cha is the popular food in Ha Noi. You will eat bun with some meat(cha) and some onion, vegetable,… Bun is Ha Noi’s tranditional food. A lots of people comes from other country love that tranditional food. About my favourite drink, i love… minerald water. Is the fresh water, it help me feel better after i do exercise in day. It have no sugar or somethings else. That’s what i love to eat and drinnk!
What I love to eat is a very familiar to young people in Vietnam, and it is sweetened porridge. This is what most of children in the countryside wait for their mothers to bring home after they go to the market. It is made of glutinous rice, bean with some shredded coconut, coconut milk, sugar, and crusted peanut on top. There are many different versions of this food, and each region has the own way to make it. We can also add in the sweet potato, banana, corn, or lotus seed. They do not seem to match each other at first, but actually they can make a really good combination. Although they look different, but after all they are snacks that most Vietnamese people love. Besides, they can have positive impacts on our health if we know how to cook them properly. For example, the corn and sweet potato porridge are good for our digestive system, and the lotus seed porridge helps us to cool down our body. They are mainly made of natural ingredients, so I think they are better for us to eat than other junk foods. Sweetened porridge is one of the traditional dishes of Vietnam, and we easily come across them at some events such as Tet holiday, Mid autumn festival, Mid year festival, the first birthday party of a baby etc. A lot of them have their own meanings. For example, the sweet rice ball with green bean filling means reunion or the red bean porridge means luck and success. This is not just a simple dish, it is also a soul of Vietnamese cuisine. Sweetened porridge is such a popular dish of Vietnam, and it is also my favorite snack.

My favourite celebrity is Billie Eilish. She’s an 18 year old singer/songwriter who was born and raised in Los Angeles. She gained media attention when she uploaded her song ocean eyes, to SoundCloud when she was 13. She became worldwide known after she released hir hit single, bad guy. Right now, she’s a 5-time-Grammy winner, 2 American Music Awards and a lot more. I love her because she is real. If she does not know something or somebody famous, she just says it, she is also honest about how she feels. Also, I like how she does not fit in the box of all other female singers. Her music is not always my taste, but it is indeed exceptional. Some songs are fiction, some are dialogues of inner monsters, of God, of devil. I take it more as musical surrealism and joy of expressing the weirdness than anything else. The way she sings, the effects and instruments are well manufactured and unusual.
