Once it happened, it brought a lot of effects such as: the soil was broken, the trees and the rice in paddy fields died without water, people and also animals didn’t have enough water for daily activities. To solve the effects this natural disaster had brought, the goverment let the rescue workers go there to provide water and also food to them., so it was solving effectively.
