1. Good afternoon, my friends,
   Today I’m going to tell you how to save energy, especially in our kitchen. As we know, in our modern life, the kitchen is a place where we use much of the energy such as electricity, gas, and water. To reduce this amount of this energy, we should:

   • Turn off the lights, fans and faucets when not necessary.
   • Get all the food ready before turning on the stoves.
   • Keep refrigerator door closed.
   • Check the water pipes regularly.

   If you follow these simple rules, not only will you save money, but natural resources as well.
