Nguyên liệu gồm:

Cách nấu cháo hàu hạt sen cho bé như sau:
– Bước 1: Gạo vo sạch, cho vào 2 chén nước. Hạt sen bỏ tim sen, tách đôi.
– Bước 2: Nấu gạo và hạt sen thành cháo.
– Bước 3: Nấm rơm bỏ gốc, ngâm vào bột năng cho trắng và ngon, xắt hạt lựu. Hàu bằm nhỏ.
– Bước 4: Lấy 10g dầu ăn, cho đầu hành lá phi thơm, cho hàu vào xào, tiếp theo cho nấm vào.
– Bước 5: Nêm nếm vừa ăn. Bỏ phần xào vào cháo đang xôi, đậy nắp 8 phút. Múc cháo ra tô, cho bé ăn nóng.
