$ tanx – cotx \neq0 ⇔ tanx \neq cotx ⇔ x \neq \dfrac{π}{2} + k\dfrac{π}{2}$

$ \dfrac{tanx + cotx}{tanx – cotx} = 6cos2x + 4sin2x (1)$ 

$ ⇔ \dfrac{1}{- cos2x} = 6cos2x + 4sin2x$ 

$ ⇔ 6cos²2x + 4sin2xcos2x = – 1$

$ ⇔ 3(1 + cos4x) + 2sin4x = – 1$

$ ⇔ 3cos4x + 2sin4x = – 4 (2)$

Vì $ 3² + 2² = 13 < 16 = (-4)² ⇒ (2)$ vô nghiệm
