The King Hung Temple Festival is one of my favorite celebrations because it honors the achievements of King Hung, Vietnam’s first king. This is a day when all Vietnamese celebrate their forefathers and mothers. From the eighth to the eleventh lunar month, the festival takes place in Phu Tho Province. Incredibly, so many people are taking part. Among the main activities are Hung King offerings, bamboo swings, Lion dances, and wrestling. I am very interested in this festival and I enjoy the entertainment it provides.
