In my opinion, learning to speak at school is a great way to develop my speaking skills.
Firstly, at school, we have teachers. They will correct our mistakes, helping you give the best improvements to your speaking. Secondly, you can practice speaking English with your friends and classmates. It helps you build your confidence in communications. You and your friends can also correct each other’s mistakes. Thirdly, learning to speak has many different ways, such as: watching English programs, films or a movie, watching TED talk,… It’s up to you. But talking to your teachers, your friends is a truly practical way to improve. It’s the basis of dealing with your speaking tests.
In conclusion, it’s not difficult to learn to speak at school, so why you shouldn’t try it?
I agree with the idea that it is difficult to learn to speak in school because:
-Firstly, each English lesson at school has a very short learning time (only lasting from about 45 minutes or more) but many students learn this subject. Therefore, teachers cannot observe and help all students in speaking
-Second, subject English in general and “speaking” in particular is a very broad subject and need a lot of knowledge. Teachers at school cannot spend all their time just helping a student in the speaking session
=) So in my opinion, speaking at school is very difficult, students cannot exchange knowledge with teachers, but instead, students can study separately with teachers after class or go to high school. own mind to improve speaking
