Have a nice afternoon everyone. My name is …, from grade 9a6. Today I’m here to tell you about …………… My presentation is divided into 3 main points. First, let’s learn about: “Ca Rang was created from when”. Then will be the way and finally what it means. I will start with some general information about Ca Rang. Ca Rang is derived from the Khmer language, the name of a special kind of kitchen of this ethnic group. Ca Rang kitchen is made of terracotta with quite special structure, has a high wall in shape 8 to block the wind, store ash and firewood. The goal is not to let the ash splash and better retain heat. Some people believe that Ca Rang was created by the Siamese, but in fact Ca Rang was present in the South West about 1,500-2,000 years. Through the excavations, archaeologists have concluded that this is the product of the Oc Eo culture. The kitchen is quite flexible, can be placed on a bamboo floor or wooden board. Although nowadays people change to use many modern equipment, Chau Lang pottery village workers still diligently work in Ca Rang … not only to make a living but also to preserve the traditional profession of their father. That is all I want to say about its historical origins. Now we will move on to how to make it. First, people will take a special soil at the foot of the Cam Mountain and compost for a while to remove all grit. Then, the craftsman mixes the soil and water in the correct proportions so that the soil is flexible and sticky, and then squeezes it into shape. After finishing, they can be dried for 3-4 days and then burned with firewood, straw to create a beautiful orange-yellow color. The special point in how to do is not using a turntable or any technical means but only by hand with many years of experience. We have just looked at how to make Ca Rang and now we will come to the last part about what Ca Rang means …. Today, to match the types of waste available in each locality, pictures Ca Rang located in the kitchen corner of every family in the Mekong Delta today has been gradually replaced. with gas stove, electric stove, … convenient and modern. However, many people in the waterways still use Ca Rang because they can burn comfortably without worrying about fire catching wood. In addition, it can be easily moved, when people sit to eat anywhere on the boat, the kitchen can be placed right next to … Ca Rang is very convenient to use with people living on the river and it is also is the hallmark of his father’s reclaimed life more than three hundred years ago. That’s the end of my presentation. Thank you all for listening, so nice to be here today
