The some rules for drivers:always fasten your seatbelt when you drive, don’t drive if you feel tired or after you drink alohol, don’t park in forit of zebra crossing, strictly obey traffic signasls. The some rules for cyclists and motorist: always keep both hands on the handle bars, awlays wear a helmet when you ride a motorbike, give a signal before you turn left or right, use front, and back lights at night, don’t carry a passenger in front of you
Traffic problems have always been one of the most concerning problems facing Vietnam nowadays. among them, traffic jam is considered to be the most boiling issue. It is frequently taken place in big cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.Apart from peak hours, the time between 9 am to 10 am and between 3 pm to 4 pm also witnesses long lines ofvehicles, mainly motorbikes, struggling to get out of narrow streets.
