Pollution is a major threat to the world’s environment and is caused by the negligent attitude of man towards nature. While Earth provides us with shelter,food, and natural resouces, we return its generoisty by plundering its resources. Pollution is created by this behaviour. When we dump waste into our water bodies for example, the organisms living in them dies. A obvious sign of serious the serious environmental damage we have done is a disruption in the balance of atmospheric gases mainly because of the number of vehicles exhausting chemical gas out, into the air. Along with cars, many factories release harmful gases into the atmosphere, contributing to air pollution. Other than that, there is also soil and noise pollution which is critical to the environment as well. In conclusion, I think that people should be more concious of the earth’s well-being and stop polluting the environment.
