We all want to be fit and healthy, so do these tip and you will be healthy. To live healthy you need to take lots of exercise beacause watching TV or playing computer games won’t make you fit. Playing sport will make you healthy. You can join a club or play with your friends in a park. If you don’t like team sports, you can walk to school, go swimming or try skating instead. Eat a healthy diet is good for you too. You should eat a lot of fruit and vegetables beacause they’re full of vitamins, instead of eat a lot of sweets, chocolate and crisps, but you can eat them sometimes. And you should eat things are contain whole grains, dairy products and home-made food, it’s good for you. About drinks, you shouldn’t drinks fizzy drinks beacause they contain too much sugar and eat too much sugar is bad for your teeth. One can of cola contains about nine teaspoons of sugar. So water and milk is better for you than fizzy drinks. And you need calcium to help your 206 bones to grow and keep your teeth strong.
