Smart phone is becoming an important part of our lives; howerver, it also has many disadvantages. First, use too much smart phone can cause physical and psychological problems. These are problems affecting the brain, eyes, musculoskeletal, obesity, depression… Second, use too much smart phone causes: dry eyes, eyestrain, blurred or red eyes, myopia and astigmatism,… Third, phone screens emit blue light, which inhibits the production of the hormone melatonin in the brain. This is the body’s sleep regulator. From there, sleep and the body’s circadian rhythms are disrupted. And there are many harmful effects of smartphones such as depression, joint damage, obesity, memory impairment,… Using a smartphone is not bad, but we need to know how to use it properly.

Secondly, using phones too much will make people lose a lot of time, not only affecting learning results, making students lose focus but also causing eye diseases. Finally, we should not use our phones while driving as it can lead to traffic accidents. In short, mobile phones are necessary for our modern life today. Ngày nay, nhờ sự phát triển nhanh chóng của khoa học kĩ thuật và công nghệ thông tin, điện thoại di động đóng một vai trò quan trọng trong cuộc sống của chúng ta, mang lại nhiều lợi ích cho chúng ta nhưng cũng ẩn chứa một số mặt hạn chế. Thứ nhất, người sử dụng điện thoại trở nên nghiện điện thoại di động nếu họ quá phụ thuộc vào nó, hơn nữa khả năng giao tiếp của con người bị hạn chế nếu điện thoại di động xuất hiện nhiều trong một số sự kiện như họp lớp, trên xe buýt, công viên… một số người chỉ tập trung vào điện thoại của họ mà không giao tiếp. Cuối cùng, chúng ta không nên sử dụng điện thoại khi đang lái xe vì nó có thể dẫn đến tai nạn giao thông.Tóm lại, điện thoại di động là cần thiết cho cuộc sống hiện đại của chúng ta ngày nay. Tuy nhiên nó có hữu ích hay không còn phụ thuộc vào cách sử dụng của chúng ta. Sẽ tốt hơn nếu chúng ta sử dụng nó đúng mục đích và trong thời gian thích hợp.
