everyday to keep my shape and health better. In the morning I exercise and eat a salad and an apple. I never include salt and sugar in any kind of food. I always sleep at 9 o’clock. In the remaining free time I go to the gym. How about you ? Please tell me a little bit about you
Everyday in the morning I get up early. I walk around the yard for about 15 laps.After breakfast, I go to school . Escpecially,morning and noon eat just right. In the evening I eat less rice.I eat more vegetable and fresh fruits. what about you ?
