I believe eating right is a bit more important than exercise, about 75% to 25%.If you exercise but don’t eat right you won’t get the muscle tone or as slim as you would like, your body needs certain vitamins to maintain at its peak. if you don’t eat right and don’t get the nutrients you need. You can burn your body out by exercising and using up the little amount of nutrients you do have. Your body has only so much energy and resources it can use. When you use them up and don’t replenish them your doing your body more harm than good.
Definitely eating right. I mean people have always told me that you can exercise a lot, but if you’re eating ice cream and chocolate cake all day, you’re not going to lose weight. When I eat healthy and exercise a little, I’m doing much better for myself than eating junk and exercising a lot. If you don’t eat healthy you also won’t have the proper energy to exercise. So yeah, eating is more important.
