In order to be in good shape and in good health we need to have a good diet, sleep, rest and work. good for health such as coca, hamburger snacks, …. Eat 5 meals a day, 3 meals and 2 snacks. Supplement vitamins with fruits and vegetables. Do not stay up at night and get enough sleep, do not work too hard to affect your health

Để có được vóc dáng đẹp và sức khỏe tốt chúng ta cần có một chế độ ăn, ngủ, nghỉ và làm việc thật hợp lí .Bạn cần ăn uống đầy đủ chất dinh dưỡng tránh xa các đồ ăn nhanh hoặc các loại thực phẩm không tốt cho sức khỏe ví dụ như coca, bim bim hamburger,….Một ngày phải ăn đủ 5 bữa ,3 bữa chính và hai bữa phụ.Bổ sung vitamin bằng các loại trái cây và rau củ.Tập thể dục thường xuyên.Không được thức đêm và phải ngủ đủ giấc.Không được làm việc quá sức ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe
Nowsaday , there are many people who don’t know how to stay healthy . So we should have some advices on how to stay healthy and keep fit . Firstly , we should eat sensibly by eating more fruits and vegetables , avoid eating fast food or fatty food . Secondly , we should do exercise regularly each morning , so we can be stronger and healthier . Thirdly , we should go on a balance diets if we’re putting on weight . Finally , we should follow some tips about how to stay healthy because some people don’t know how to do it . If you follow all this advices , you will be stronger and healthier .
