It occurs from the beginning of September to the end of December . Flood usually happens in the central of Vietnam , accounting for 60-65% . So what should we do to prevent this natural disaster ? It’s very simple , we only need to follow the news on TV everyday to see what’s the weather like tomorrow and know when will a natural disaster happen , we also need to plant more trees on empty hills , so that the ability of flooding will decrease .
