Prepare boats , buoys , rafts , plaques , floating objects , reinforce houses for mezzanines , roof exits for temporary residence, store furniture to prevent floods from continuing to climb . Move objects and livestock to a high , dry place . Protect water sources , clean food and essential supplies . To take initiative in preventing storms and floods from falling asleep, avoiding the risk of floods being caught off guard . And proactive evacuation before storms and floods is also important . However , the most important thing is being vigilant and proactive in all preventive situations .
