Hi! I am Tuan. I live in a city. Its name is Ha Noi. Ha Noi is capital of Vietnam. The problems of traffic in. Ha Noi is very serious. In the rush hours, there is traffic jam, it very noisy. There usualy have accident beacause the user of the road donot obey the traffic rule. Sometimes, animal such as rat,cat,dog may cross the road ,if you isnot carefully, the animal will be pricked. If we donot reduce the traffic problems, the eviroment will be worse and worse
