  1. You know, eating is one of the most important thing in our daily life. Today, I would like to talk about my eating habits.

    Firstly, I am in a habit of talking during meals. Because meals in addition to keeping people full, but also an opportunity for me to inquire about health and life of my family. Secondly, I normaly use chopsticks when eating. It stems from the habit of eating things which cannot be touched such as rice, fish. Thirdly, it’s the habit of drinking tea or water during meals. But it is not beneficial. So I think I had better limit this eating habit and other bad eating habits.

    In conclusion, with the rapid development of technology, speaking generally, people must also change some our eating habits to suit the pace of life but we have still should also keep our culture of eating.
