A drought happened in Binh Dinh province in the dry season in 2013. The sun heated the whole area from morning till night and it was rain-free for a long time. Everything seemed to be dried. Plants and animals all died because there was not enough water for living. Thousands of farmers had to face with poverty. Luckily, the government have sent food, fresh water and medical supplies to help the victims of the drought. The have also planned to prevent the drought in this area by building some big lakes to store water for living and farming.
