That said, the increase in the sheer number of events isn’t as simple as it seems.
– Are we prepared to deal with natural disasters?
=> I think the difficulty is keeping people aware and prepared for natural disasters. But, we still can use the technology and knowledge available to reduce risks to an acceptable level.
