Name some problems in your city at the moment. If you had power and a lot of money what would you do to improve your city

Vietnam is one of the countries that make history. You will think there is no problem in Vietnam, but you are wrong. There are too many trash in the road and people always throw bottle or cans outside the trash can. That makes the environment dirty, especially when we eating done we always throw the trash away and don’t care about it. If I am a president I will make rules that if seeing anyone that throws the trash away tell me and I will reward them but they need proof. But it not enough, I think I might create or buy some robots too so they will clean all the trash in the bin. But this still not enough, people will think that if our country has all of this they will keep throwing trash away if they keep doing that the Ozon will be destroy and the light of the sun will go through and burn us. But am the one who have the power so i will cheer them up with a rules that if throw the trash in a modern bin they will have money, it will cheer them up. Hope you learn a lesson and follow the rules
