Tet is an important holiday in Vietnam. Tet season usually lasts from early January to the end of February. The meaning of Tet is to end the old year and welcome a new year. Lunar New Year is one of the occasions when my family reunites to celebrate Tet. During Tet, it is often impossible to leave apricot flowers or kumquat trees, creating a new feeling for the whole family. My father and I go to the flower market to buy flowers to decorate the house more beautiful. On the occasion of Tet, my family packed Banh Chung together. My grandparents and family cleaned the house and made jam to celebrate New Year’s Eve. A lot of people visit my house they wish my family a happy new year and give lucky money to my baby. People also come to the temple to pray for their families. Tet will stay forever in my mind no matter where I live.
Tet is a traditional festival of the Vietnamese people, on the day of Tet, my family will clean the house and do some shopping. We will buy all kinds of confectionery, fruit jam. New clothes, and certainly during the Tet holiday of the nation, trees such as a peach tree, apricot tree, mandarin tree, … We will cook dishes such as Banh Chung with fat meat and pickles. And presented the five-fruit tray. Our family will watch the fireworks together on New Year’s Eve and celebrate the New Year together. On the first day of the new year, the family will go to celebrate the New Year, grandparents and relatives.

tết là một lễ hội truyền thống của dân tộc Việt Nam,vào ngày gần tết gia đình tôi sẽ dọn dẹp sửa sang nhà cửa và mua sắm.Chúng tôi sẽ mua các loại bánh kẹo,mứt hoa quả các loại.Chúng tôi sẽ mua quần áo mới ,và chắc hẳn trong ngày tết của dân tộc không thể thiếu các loại cây như cây đào,cây mai,cây quýt,…Chúng tôi sẽ nấu các món ăn như bánh chưng ăn kèm với thịt mỡ và dưa hành.Và bày mâm ngũ quả. Gia đình chúng tôi sẽ cùng nhau xem pháo hoa vào đêm giao thừa và cùng nhau đón năm mới.Vào mùng 1 tết gia đình sẽ đi chúc tết ông bà và người thân .Và lũ trẻ con sẽ được nhận các bao lì xì màu đỏ .
