   Vietnamese cuisine is very diverse. Coming to Vietnam, you can satisfy your stomach with not a small amount of money. My favorite food is ” Nem ”.”Nem” is a specialty of Vietnam ”Nem” has mushrooms, carrot, minced pork, shrimp,…The ingredients of spring rolls are easy to find, we can find it at the supermarket or at the market. It is fried until golden and then dipped in fish sauce. Spring rolls have both vegetables and meat so it’s full of nutrients. We often gather together to make spring rolls. I often go to buy ingredients with my mother to make spring rolls. The special thing about ”nem” is in the sauce. The sauce is a little spicy, salty and  quite sweet. What about you?
