    I strongly agreed that physical exercise is useful to our health. First of all, it helps us to have a nice body and keep fit. We can see many fat people after doing physical exercises lose right and have different appearances. They don’t need to worry about their weight anymore. Additionally, it prevents us from illness. People often doing physical exercise it is usually healthier than the other. They have strong bodies and good resistance. It also makes us feel comfortable and relax. In other words, taking exercise brings us many benefits. Firstly, doing exercises can keep us healthy. A variety of health problems such as heart disease or obesity can easily be prevented by exercising. Secondly, it can improve our self – confidence. Doing exercise provides us with more energy which helps us relieve tension and have the positive outlook in life. Last but not least, it is really fun when doing exercise. When we really spend our free time doing exercise, we will realize that it is an enjoyable experience. There is no greater feeling than achieving a weight – losing goal and being able to feel better. In conclusion, doing exercise is the key to make our lives healthier and happier.
